What FormFit processes

FormFit reads only the photos you select through Android's system photo picker. It may read the selected file's name, size, dimensions, orientation, and image content to resize, compress, convert, remove metadata, or create a PDF.

This processing happens on your Android device. Your selected photos and generated documents are not sent to FormFit's developer or stored in a developer-operated database.

Files you save

FormFit writes a result only after you choose a destination using Android's system file picker. Android and your chosen storage provider control that destination and its retention. You may delete generated files at any time using your device's file manager.

Advertising and consent

FormFit uses Google AdMob to display ads and Google's User Messaging Platform to collect privacy choices where required. Depending on your consent, device settings, region, and the ad served, Google and its advertising partners may process data such as advertising identifiers, approximate location, app interactions, diagnostics, and device information for advertising, measurement, security, fraud prevention, and personalization.

Where the app shows a privacy-options control, you can use it to review or change eligible ad privacy choices. You can also manage ad personalization and reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings. Google processes advertising data under its own policies and retention practices.

Permissions and security

FormFit does not request broad photo-library or storage access. Android grants access only to the items you choose. Internet and network-state access are used by Google's advertising and consent services; document processing itself does not require an upload.

No method of processing is risk-free, but limiting document work to your device and using Android's system pickers reduces the amount of private content exposed to the app.

Children

FormFit is a general-audience productivity app and is not directed to children under 13. The app does not knowingly create profiles or collect document content from children.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when FormFit's features, service providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date above will be revised when a new version is published.
